Objective: The study was conducted to determine the relationship between premenstrual syndrome and personality traits in university students. Study Desing: Research is descriptive cross-sectional study. study's universe consists of 2426 female sample composed 736 Participant presentation form, Premenstrual Syndrome Scale Cervantes Personality were used collect data. Cronbach Alpha reliability analysis test, arithmetic mean, standard deviation t test independent groups evaluation Finding: detected 62% students There a significant emotional balance / neuroticism consistency incoherence (p <0.05). However, there no (p> 0.05). Conclusion: More than half had syndrome, more found neurotic incoherent persons. It suggested that trait should be considered treatmentand care syndrome.
